Das Maison Jamaer liegt im Stadtzentrum von Brüssel, weniger als 1 km vom Grand Place und nur wenige Schritte vom Gare du Midi und dem beliebten Viertel "Marolles" entfernt, das für seinen Flohmarkt und seine Estaminets bekannt ist, in denen noch echtes Brüsselisch gesprochen wird. Es bietet 5 luxuriöse Unterkünfte in einem teilweise denkmalgeschützten Herrenhaus des Architekten Victor Jamaer, der für mehrere wichtige Renovierungen in Brüssel bekannt ist, darunter das Rathaus und das Königshaus am Grand Place.

Ein Zimmer, zwei Studios von 37m2, eine Suite von 40m2 und eine weitere von 50m2 empfangen hier Reisende, wobei der Eigentümer im obersten Stockwerk wohnt.

Geschäfte, Supermärkte, Bahnhof, Museen und andere Unterhaltungsangebote sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich ein Salon und ein großer Raum, in dem Gruppen für Seminare und sogar Festessen empfangen werden können. Fragen Sie uns nach unseren verschiedenen Vorschlägen für Cocktails, Menüs, Walking Dinners, etc.

Auf Anfrage bereiten wir Ihnen typische belgische Gerichte zum Aufwärmen, Frühstück, Geburtstagskuchen,... zu.

Reservierungsbedingungen

Die Beträge und Prozentsätze der folgenden Bedingungen sind von den Kunden im Falle einer Stornierung zu zahlen:

 

-Einzelbuchung: Vollständige Rückerstattung bei Stornierungen bis zu 7 Tagen vor der Ankunft.

 

Bei Stornierungen, die weniger als 7 Tage vor der Ankunft erfolgen, wird keine Erstattung vorgenommen.

 

Nicht erstattungsfähige Option: Keine Erstattung unabhängig vom Datum der Stornierung.

 

Die Check-in-Zeit liegt zwischen 15.00 und 18.00 Uhr, es sei denn, der Eigentümer hat etwas anderes vereinbart.

 

Ein früherer Check-in kann kostenlos akzeptiert werden und hängt von der Abreisezeit der Vormieter und der Vorbereitung der Unterkunft ab.

 

Ein Check-in nach 18 Uhr wird gegen Zahlung von 15 € in bar an die Person, die den/die Reisenden in Empfang nimmt, akzeptiert.

 

Die maximale Check-in-Zeit ist in allen Fällen 23 Uhr.
